Who we are
Spore Siege is a game developed and published by DRIFTMOTH LLC, a Florida limited liability company at 18117 Biscayne Blvd Suite #4874, Miami, FL 33160, USA. This policy covers the game on every platform where it is available, including Google Play and the Apple App Store (where it is listed as “Spore Siege: Petri Dish Wars”).
What the game stores, and where
To remember your progress, the game saves its own data on your device: the dishes you have won and their stars, your settings (like sound and vibration), whether you have seen the tutorial, and whether you own the Full Game. This data stays on your device. We never receive it and cannot see it.
Information we collect
None. The game has no servers of its own and plays entirely on your device against computer opponents. It contains no advertising, analytics, crash reporting, tracking or other data-collecting code, and it never asks for your name, email, location, contacts, photos or any device identifier.
The only time the game talks to anything outside your device is the in-app purchase described below, which goes through your device’s own app store.
Purchases
The game is free to try: the tutorial, the eight Easy dishes and the skirmish cost nothing. An optional one-time in-app purchase, Full Game, unlocks the remaining dishes and every dish added later.
Purchases are processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), under their own terms and privacy policies (Apple, Google). To complete or restore a purchase, the game asks the store on your device whether the Full Game has been bought on your store account. We do not receive or store your name, email, payment details or store account information; the store only tells the game whether the unlock is owned.
Device backups
If you back up your device (iCloud or a computer backup on iPhone and iPad, Google backup on Android), the operating system may include the game’s data in that backup, which Apple or Google manage under your own account. DRIFTMOTH LLC has no access to these backups; you control them in your device settings.
Permissions
The game requests no access to your contacts, photos, location, camera, or microphone. On Android it declares the standard Google Play billing permission, used only for the in-app purchase, and uses vibration for haptic feedback during play, which needs no data and can be turned off in the game’s menu.
Children
The game collects no personal information from anyone, including children under 13. The only purchase is the optional Full Game unlock, which is subject to the store’s own parental controls, such as Apple’s Ask to Buy and Google Play purchase approvals.
Deleting your data
All game data is on your device. To delete it, uninstall the game, or clear the game’s storage in your device settings. A Full Game purchase stays with your store account and can be restored after reinstalling.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. If a future version adds anything that handles data (such as ads, analytics or cloud save), this policy and the stores’ privacy disclosures will be updated before that version is released.
