Who we are

BackUper is an application developed and published by DRIFTMOTH LLC, a Florida limited liability company at 18117 Biscayne Blvd Suite #4874, Miami, FL 33160, USA. This policy covers the app on every platform where it is available.

What the app stores, and where

To work, the app saves its own data on your device: the content you create in it, your progress, and your settings. This data stays on your device. We never receive it and cannot see it.

Information we collect

None. The app makes no network connections. It contains no advertising, analytics, crash reporting, tracking or other third-party code, and it never asks for your name, email, location, contacts, photos or any device identifier.

Any link in the app, including the link to this page, opens in your own web browser, outside the app.

Device backups

If you back up your device (iCloud or a computer backup on iPhone and iPad, Google backup on Android), the operating system may include the app’s data in that backup, which Apple or Google manage under your own account. DRIFTMOTH LLC has no access to these backups; you control them in your device settings.

Permissions

The app requests no access to your contacts, photos, location, camera, or microphone. If it uses vibration for haptic feedback, that needs no data and you can turn it off in the app’s settings.

Purchases

The app is free and has no in-app purchases.

Children

The app collects no personal information from anyone, including children under 13.

Deleting your data

All app data is on your device. To delete it, uninstall the app, or clear the app’s storage in your device settings.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
